- You may need to create an account or login to your account with us.
- A £1.50 booking fee applies online.
- Proof of your booking maybe required upon entry.
- Entry only valid on the day/time detailed on your booking confirmation.
- Each booking entitles you to 2 hours play strictly within the allotted time.
From time to time we may offer ‘extras’ to purchase with your booking this may be collected at the time of your booking. - You may be asked to verify your child’s age on entry.
- You are agreeing to Parents Paradise contacting you in relation to your purchase.
- Once the payment has been made you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Rules of Play: www.parentsparadise.co.uk/play/rules-of-play
Gift vouchers can be bought via our website or in person. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The monetary value of the gift card voucher can be used against your booking. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
Parents Paradise does not guarantee the availability of any of the Services/products and may, at its sole discretion, cancel or withdraw any of the Services/products at any time. We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of Services advised to you are correct; however, it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Services may be incorrectly priced. If we accept and process your Booking where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and not provide the Services.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the entry time detailed on your booking.
- You are not permitted to bring your own food or drink into Parents Paradise.
- Socks must be worn at all times on our playframes.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer / discount / voucher / loyalty reward.
- Parents and/or guardians are responsible for and must supervise children using the soft play facilities at all times.
- Please queue for the go karts behind the fence, and per instruction from our staff.
- Do not enter the track until instructed by a member of our staff.
- Children must be supervised by an adult or guardian.
- Under 5s must be accompanied by an adult on the ride.
- Adults and children must wear shoes when using the go karts.
- Do not ram other go karts. These are racing go karts not bumper cars.
- All riders must travel in one direction.
- Keep arms and legs inside the go karts at all times.
- No loose clothing may be worn on the go karts.
- Children must be securely seated before the ride commences, and listen carefully to our
staff. - Upon instruction from our staff, press the foot pedal to start.
- To stop the go kart, remove your foot from the pedal.
- Do not walk or run on the track whilst go karts are in motion.
- Do not attempt to jump on or off a go kart whilst it’s in motion.
- Remain seated in your go kart until all the other go karts have stopped.
- Use of the go karts may be limited during the week for exclusive birthday party use.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Hand sanitiser should be used both upon entry into the centre and sanitisers are available around the centre which customers are encouraged to use.
- Please do not enter if you feel unwell (or exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19).
- Please be aware that the kitchen will close for food orders 30 minutes before your session end time.
- Socks must be worn on the play frames at all times. Shoes must also be worn on the go-karts. This applies to adults and children.
- By purchasing tickets you are confirming that you/any members within your booking, have no pre-existing conditions that may prevent you/them from using our equipment or place you/them at any additional risk.
- Parents Paradise reserves the right to remove any adult or child from the centre if they are rude, aggressive verbally or physically. A three-warning system will apply, as per the Parents Paradise Rules of Play.

- Birthday cake: Due to the ongoing risks and heightened awareness around allergens we do NOT allow Birthday Cake to be consumed at Parents Paradise. If you have an organised party with us, we will cut the cake up for you and wrap in serviettes for placing in your party bags to be taken home. Any informal gatherings will also not be allowed to bring a cake into the centre. The wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff has to be our priority. Thank you.
- We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use our website or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our website. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our website or any content on it, whether express or implied.
