BOOKING A PARTY AT PARENTS PARADISE

Booking
- You may be required to create an account or login to make a booking.
- If the party runs with less than the minimum number in attendance, a charge for the minimum number will be charged, nevertheless.
- Parents Paradise reserves the right to change room allocations without notice due to operational reasons. (We are unable to guarantee a specific room on the day but will endeavour to comply with any requests where possible).
Prices and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required when booking a party.
- Guests: Children aged 1 to 12 years are chargeable. You get an adult free of charge per party child. Additional adults and siblings must be paid for on entry.
- Please note you must advise us of the total number of adults attending (within the maximum permitted of one adult to two children attending) when we take your final payment one week before the date of your party.
- There are various upgrades available to personalise your party, these can be viewed on our website and can be purchased when you make your booking or when we finalise your party arrangements.
- Adult food platters are available upon request and must be ordered when the final payment is taken one week before the event.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: If full payment has not been received within 3 full days prior to the event, you will be contacted one more time and if we do not hear back from you, your booking will be cancelled, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
- Please note for each party guest one adult is permitted free of charge. Any additional adults’ children/siblings accompanying an invitee will be charged the usual admission fee to play at Parents Paradise. (Their guardian will need to purchase food and drinks from the Paradise Café, and we do not make provision for them at the table).
- If you wish to arrange for an adult drinks tab to be set up at the Paradise Café on the day, we will require valid credit/debit card. If you choose not to guarantee payment in this way, we will not extend credit to you. On arrival, you will be required to give the Café staff your credit/debit card. They will lock it away (in a secure locker) and give you the key. At the end of your party, you will be required to return the safe key to the Café staff; who will then process the café tab payment and return your card to you. If you fail to return the key to us and fail to settle the account on departure, we will automatically charge your credit/debit card on the day and keep your credit/debit card until such time as you come and collect it.
- Party booking prices are unaffected by other offers on admission.
- A booking fee of £1.50 applies to all parties.
Cancellation, Refunds and Amendments
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Once the deposit payment has been made you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy; details of which are sent with your confirmation email.
- Upon payment of account, no refunds can be made for children that cancel their attendance within 7 days of the date of the event, or on the day.
- Should your celebration need to be cancelled due to illness, severe weather conditions, or a local lockdown Parents Paradise will endeavour to reschedule your booking on a suitable date. According to the above conditions, the deposit and final payment are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your celebration, please ask to speak to a member of the management team on the day. Regrettably, Parents Paradise cannot rectify any issues or problems after the event and will not consider monetary refunds if issues are not raised on the day,
Before the celebration date
7 days before the party, please contact the party booking team between Tuesday and Friday 10.00am-5.00pm to confirm:
- The final number of children attending and their first names*
- Confirm your 3 menu choices•
- The number of all adult guests attending (Nb one adult is permitted free of charge per party guest).
- Any special dietary requirements for the party guests. (For any severe allergies, please ask the child’s parents to contact us direct.)
- Adult food platters must be ordered/paid for when the final payment is taken.
- Any additional party extras.
- Pay the outstanding balance of account (cheques are not accepted). This is a non-refundable payment. Payment can be made by cash in person, or alternatively, over the telephone using a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
*We will cater for the total number of children you have paid for. However, on the day, we can manage a maximum increase in numbers of 3 children (and strictly no more) over and above the attendees paid for, and you will be charged accordingly on the day.
OTHER Health & Safety and Liabilities
- You are required to provide one adult guardian per 10 children.
- Birthday cake: Due to the ongoing risks and heightened awareness around allergens we do NOT allow Birthday Cake to be consumed at Parents Paradise. We will cut the
cake up for you and wrap in serviettes for placing in your party bags to be taken home. The wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff has to be our priority. Thank you. - We do not permit the use of party poppers, streamers or piñatas in Parents Paradise.
- We don’t allow face painting.
- We ask that balloons are kept to a minimum and these should be weighted and confined to the party room.
- Please do not allow any attendees (adults or children) – to sit or lean on the tables. Parents Paradise will not be liable for any accident resulting from misuse of our furniture.
- The private party rooms are set up with benches for the children to sit on. If you have booked a party for under 3’s and have any concerns about the children sitting on benches, please advise Parents Paradise of your highchair requirements.
- Socks must be worn on the play frames at all times. Shoes must also be worn on the go karts. This applies to adults and children.
- By booking a party with us you are confirming that all guests have no pre-existing conditions that may
prevent them from using our equipment or place them at any additional risk. - Parents Paradise reserves the right to remove any adult or child from the party room (or the
- centre) if they are rude, aggressive verbally or physically, or continually disobey the Host. A three-warning system will apply for children, per the Parents Paradise Rules of Play.

On the Day
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the party start time. If you arrive earlier than this, you may be asked to wait in your outside or in your car until such time as your Host is ready to sign you in.
- A Host will be assigned to your celebration for the duration of your stay. However, please note they may be helping out in other areas whilst the children are playing.
- When the children are asked to come off the play frames (for food to be served), please assist the Host in gathering all of the children together promptly and take them to your allocated room/area.
- You are not permitted to bring your own food or drink into Parents Paradise (including alcohol).
- The children’s food will be served in the final half an hour of the party.
- Any adult food platters ordered will be served 30 minutes after the party start time.
- Children will be asked by the Host to put their shoes on before the food is served.
- There is a hand sanitiser unit in each room.
- The booking duration is two hours. You are kindly asked to ensure all guests depart the centre promptly.
- Upon leaving the room, please ensure children are escorted directly to Reception to exit the building. Your co-operation is vital to ensure children do not return to the play areas.
- Please ensure each child is signed out before leaving the building.
- All additional charges incurred on the day must be paid at Reception before departure.
Miscellaneous
- If children’s sandwiches are requested these will be served on white bread unless otherwise requested.
- Parents Paradise reserves the right to substitute any food items on the menu with a suitable alternative.
- It is the responsibility for the parent/guardian making the booking to advise Parents Paradise of any dietary requirements the guests might have. We have a full list of food allergens on display in the all rooms and on the website.
